TAS160 RFID
Clocking Machine

The TAS160 uses RFID
cards or fobs to
clock employees
in/out cards or fobs
are presented to the
TAS160 and are read
between 2 - 5cm away
an audible bleep and
message is sounded
to acknowledge
reading. The use of
RFID reduces any
kind of maintenance
required to the
system as no contact
is made between the
card/fob and the
clock.
The TAS160 is built on
a Linux platform for
reliability and
functionality.
Communication to the
TAS160 is via 10/100mB
Ethernet port. The
TAS160
can also
communicate with the
host PC via USB. If
you need the
TAS160 to
be completely
standalone then
clocking data can be
collected
onto a USB
memory stick and
then transferred
into the software so
no data cabling is
required for this
configuration simply
plug the USB memory
stick into the USB
port located on the
side of the TAS160
select download
Attendance Log from
the menu and all
clocking data is
transferred to the
memory stick and
with such a large
transaction storage
space several weeks
of clocking data can
be collected in one
go if you wish.

function keys enable
the setup off clock
in/out, break time,
overtime etc. These
different clocking’s
are then indicated
within the ATT-TAMS
software.
As well as an
audible beep there
is also speech
announcements saying
‘thank you’ if
verified OK or
‘please try again’
if not recognised.
There are other
voice announcements
to say when clock is
full etc.
The ATT-TAMS
software that is
supplied with the
TAS160 is a full
version of the
software that
enables you to setup
features within the
TAS160, enter employee
details, create
shift patterns,
manually amend
clocking’s for
people who forgot to
clock.
Report generating is
also built into the
software and the
ability to export
into many different
formats.
10 Cards/Fobs or a
mixture are supplied
with each TAS160
Clocking Machine.
The TAS160 and the
software is a
complete package and
you can be up and
working within a few
hours.
The TAS160 is a great
clocking machine for
a small to medium
size business,
restaurant, bar,
shop etc.
