Maintenance contracts.
Next working day annual contract
We will arrive on-site next working day
and repair the faulty terminal all costs are covered by the contract.
Three working day annual contract
We will arrive on-site within three
working days and repair the faulty terminal all costs are covered by the
contract.
Return to Base
You return the faulty terminal to our
repairs department and we will repair the terminal within 5 working days
send it back to site.
Ad-Hoc
An engineer will attend site to rectify the problem and the site will be charged at an hourly rate
(including travel time) and any parts used
